Domestic (US) Shipping

Economy service is UPS BASIC and time in transit is 1-10 business days (from Chicago.) This service starts with UPS and is then fed into the USPS delivery system. Packages sent this way will be left at a doorstep just like regular mail. Faster services can be selected for a charge.

International Shipping

We now ship with USPS Priority Mail International. It is expensive, but please understand that we are unable to ship via flat-rate, as flat-rate envelopes do not have proper tracking and have a tendency to disappear!

You can calculate shipping time for yourself at USPS. Most packages will arrive in 1-4 weeks. Express mail will be sent either USPS Express or UPS Expedited (whichever is less expensive.)

– Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

– Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Returns

We do accept returns!!! Please contact us ahead of time and let us know.

We offer a 7-day return policy. Customers must contact us within 7 days after delivery to obtain authorization. The item must be returned in the original box, complete with all packaging materials and tags (if applicable.) Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Items will be inspected before a refund is issued. We strongly suggest that you insure the package in case of any damage (insurance fees are non-refundable).

You must pay to return the item and if you return an item with free shipping your refund will be less $6.50 to pay for our original shipping cost. If you originally had to pay shipping we will refund only the product cost.

Address changes / Delivery issues

Always contact us if you have a problem, need to change your address, or are having trouble with delivery. Please make sure you select the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

WE ARE UNABLE TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED!!!

It is your responsibility to make arrangements to retrieve your package from an incorrect address. If your order is returned because you failed to pick it up and/or gave the wrong address, you must pay to re-ship it back to you. If you request a refund, your refund will be less original shipping.
